Alex, and his crew at ServePro are simply incredible. These are the most professional, respectful and responsive people you can possibly imagine. After trying to deal with other companies, even another ServePro, I think the Lord stepped in and brought these wonderful people at this particular ServePro to our family. I couldn't begin to tell you how many acts of sheer kindness and accomodation they have made for us. These are extremely hardworking and professional people with an incredible work ethic. I wish I could give them 10 stars! * * * * * * * * * * There's the ten!

I hereby acknowledge that SERVPRO of Northwest Ontario is a professional and skillful company who assisted me with my bathroom leak as well as remodeling it without any trouble and complication. The respected team and their expertise and valuable advise impressed me and my family throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions in every steps patiently and availed us with their precious consultations in important issues. Needles to say that I found SERVPRO of Northwest Ontario a decent and truthful company and at the same time extremely experienced.

I can’t say enough good things! They are truly 7star! I worked with Ali Sharifi on two occasions of facing really bad mold. He has proven both times to be extremely professional with very reasonable market pricing. He is responsive and hands on as the project manager. I highly recommend working with them. I manage five properties and will only give them mold restoration work as they have proven to be the best so far. I have a great team for the drywall and flooring that is needed for the aftermath. But, Most important, knowing the mold had been properly handled is what gives us confidence to continue doing business and to take time to write this review. Hope this helps out someone considering who they could trust.

We give Servpro of Northwest Ontario our highest recommendation! Woke up to water pouring from our ceiling. After our plumber stopped the leak, we called Alex. Him & his team were out in less than an hour. Alex was extremely professional and thorough. This is definitely a quality company. They did everything they promised and on time. Cost was very reasonable, especially for emergency service. Absolutely recommend!!!

ServPro was excellent. I called on a Saturday morning and they were so responsive. That very day a gentleman by the name of Alex Sharifi came out to assess the damage. I was surprised how patient, thorough and knowledgeable he was. He took the necessary actions to ensure his team was dispatched quickly to address the water damage at hand. I usually don’t write reviews but the service warranted me taking the time to share my experience. I Highly recommend them.

We had water leak issue in the middle of the night and the response time was amazing! Within 30 minutes there was a crew mobilized and remedying the damage. The speed and the professionalism by this company was beyond amazing. Thank you Servpro of Northwest Ontario

Alex and his team were friendly, courteous and professional. He arrived to my property to inspect my home which was badly smoke damaged- he assured me that everything was going to be ok and he would take care of everything. Alex didn’t disappoint, he was there the next day with his team and several trucks, they packed me out carefully and efficiently and had my stuff back to me cleaned and ready in no time! Alex is a kind and reliable person, he took a really devastating and unfortunate situation and turned it into a pleasant one, I wouldn’t use anyone else if something like this happened again.
